PRI's Facilities Management Services

PRI provides multi-function support services for government and private facilities.
Services include base operations, maintenance, building management, operations and maintenance of equipment, and maintenance of building management systems.

Maintenance and Deactivation of Manufactured Homes and Trailers, Louisiana and Mississippi
Under four 5-year contracts, PRI supplied maintenance and deactivation services of manufactured homes and trailers for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Louisiana and Mississippi. PRI provided FEMA with temporary housing assistance to disaster victims, including emergency and routine maintenance, refurbishment, and restoration services; maintaining a 24/7 call center to respond to maintenance problems; and conducting deactivation, removal, and transportation of temporary housing units. PRI also successfully worked with FEMA on hurricane disaster response projects for Hurricanes Ivan and Francis in 2004.

Multi-Function Facilities Support Services, Naval Air Station (NAS) Whiting Field, FL
NAS Whiting Field serves as a naval aviation training facility with more than 1,200 aviators from the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Air Force, and allied nations completing their primary flight training annually. It is home base for approximately 350 aircraft and is the busiest Naval Air Station in the world. PRI provides services to operate, maintain, repair, and improve facilities, utility systems, grounds, vehicles, and equipment, including wastewater collection, pumping, and disposal systems; potable water, pumping, wells, treatment, storage, and distribution systems; electrical distribution and emergency generation systems; liquefied petroleum and natural gas distribution systems fuel distribution systems; heating ventilation, air condition, refrigeration, and compressed air and vacuum systems; building and structures; hazardous waste or material management and disposal; grounds and surfaced areas; swimming pools; elevators; pest control; transportation; messenger mail; and housing maintenance.
Grounds include two separate airfields, 14 outlying landing fields, 300 military housing units, and various technical sites. Our span of responsibility covers the main complex located on approximately 4,000 acres, 14 outlying landing fields located on 6,000 acres, the military family housing complex, and other outlying areas.
