PRI Awarded Second Consecutive US EPA P&P Contract

San Diego — PRI today announced that its Environmental Remediation Group has been awarded a $3 million Preparedness and Prevention contract for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region VIII.

Recognizing PRI’s technical expertise, the U.S. EPA, Region VIII awarded PRI a 5-year contract for Preparedness, Assessment and Emergency Response actions with respect to preparedness for and prevention of accidental chemical releases and/or the response, investigation and reporting of chemical releases.

Included in the scope of the contract are Risk Management Program audits and training, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know outreach and technical assistance, Chemical Safety audits, Emergency Response Notification System, Post-Accident Audits, CAMEO software, SPCC and HRS packages.
