PRI Awarded Nellis Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract

Project Resources, Inc. (PRI) announced today that it was awarded a $90 million prime contract by the Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command to provide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction services to Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary Field, and Tonopah Test Range, all in Nevada.
As the prime contractor, PRI will oversee design and construction services for new construction, repair, and renovation of structures at the various locations. Types of projects may include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, asbestos remediation, and paving. PRI’s team includes joint venture partner Building Solutions, Inc (BSI).
