PRI Awarded AFCEE Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction 2009 Contract

Project Resources, Inc. (PRI), was awarded the Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction (WERC09) contract, totaling $3 billion, by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to perform environmental restoration and construction worldwide.

As prime contractor, PRI will manage Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders at Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government installations, and other locations for which AFCEE customers have responsibility. PRI will perform environmental restoration, remediation, and environmental construction efforts, such as range construction and fueling system projects, address environmental sites and conditions at project locations, and provide radiological and hazardous waste removal. PRI will also manage traditional construction task orders under this contract.

The WERC09 contract is our third prime contract with AFCEE, demonstrating PRI is a preferred Air Force provider of critical government services to support AFCEE in their global mission.

PRI was awarded the WERC09 Contract as a result of our proven management approach, solid project experience, and outstanding past performance on similar, relevant contracts for AFCEE and other DoD and federal government clients. PRI's team includes subcontractors URS Corporation, MACTEC, and The Conti Group.
