PRI Provides Building and Infrastructure Upgrades and Maintenance
Services for Anniston Army Depot, Alabama

Anniston, AL — PRI manages maintenance, repair and minor construction projects at Anniston Army Depot under a 5-year, $50 million contract to provide construction services to the Department of Public Works. Anniston’s mission is to perform maintenance on both heavy and light tracked combat vehicles, battle tanks, mobile command center vehicles, and small arms. PRI oversees retrofit and renovation of base building projects, including retrofitting buildings as the military’s mission needs change. Prior to this contract, PRI’s team members have performed more than nine delivery orders ranging in value from $100,000 to $600,000, including a recent delivery order for $590,000.

Projects include building expansions, crane runway extensions, paving of streets and parking areas, installation of heating systems, maintenance of infrared heater systems, ventilation upgrades, new groundwater treatment systems, and safety upgrades for methanol lines, all of vital importance to Anniston is accomplishing its mission. To date, PRI has managed more than 70 individual task orders with a well-organized staff managing multiple subcontractors.
