PRI awarded Worldwide AFCEE HERC Contract

Project Resources Inc. (PRI) announced it was awarded the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) Heavy Engineering Repair and Construction (HERC) contract, which is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) program. The initial program ceiling for HERC is $6 billion with the potential to increase up to $15 billion. The HERC represents PRI’s second AFCEE contract award.

PRI will provide turnkey, design-build, design-build-plus, and design-bid-build construction of new facilities and infrastructure, and remodeling and upgrade of existing facilities and infrastructure at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. As the prime contractor, PRI will perform work in any location where AFCEE customers have needs, including remote, austere, and hostile environments. Task orders will involve design, construction, demolition, repair, and emergency response. In addition, PRI may provide support for environmental work incidental to construction efforts.
