PRI Opens Office in Kabul, Afghanistan

Project Resources, Inc. (PRI), opened an office in Kabul, Afghanistan to support our increased Middle East work under our $6 billion Heavy Engineering Repair and Construction (HERC) contract with the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE).

As a HERC prime contractor, PRI provides turnkey, design-build, design-build-plus, and design-bid-build construction of new facilities and infrastructure, and remodeling and upgrade of existing facilities and infrastructure at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.  Task orders include design, construction, demolition, repair, and emergency response at various locations, including remote, austere, and hostile environments.

Frank J. Loscavio, President of PRI, stated, “We are very pleased to be able to support AFCE in the Middle East and around the world under our HERC contract.  This office provides a Regional Construction Office for our staff in the Middle East.”
